What we collect
Hangover Limited (we, us) collects the minimum information needed to run the bar and respond to enquiries: names, email addresses and any details you give us when you make a booking or message us through the contact form.
We do not buy mailing lists. We do not enrich your data with third-party sources.
How we use it
Bookings are processed through our reservation system to manage table allocation. Contact form messages reach an inbox monitored by the management team and are kept for 12 months.
If you opt into the mailing list we use it to send occasional updates about events, menu changes and private hire availability. Unsubscribe in one click.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Email hello@hangover.bar with the subject line "Data request".
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled your data badly.
Third parties
We use Stripe to process card payments, Mailgun to send transactional email and Plausible (cookie-free) for site analytics. None of these systems receive marketing identifiers.
We do not share booking data with anyone else.
